Crafting just for fun!

Its been a while since I made a card just for the fun of it, NO Design Team requirement's needed etc.
Now if you have been reading my blog for a while you would know that I am trying to organise my crafting area, tools, supplies etc.. well I'm nearly there.  I have my cuttlebug folders in special binders, I have my nests in magnetised sheets and I have my stamps sorted so all I have to do is flip through a a4 binder find what page the stamp I want is on and then get it out of the storage binder that its in. Its been a costly little exercise but so nice to know where nearly everything is.  Even my kids are using my things, as they can see them!  The only thing I can never find is a lead pencil! (Deby if your reading this.. stop shaking your head... Im much more organised than what i was)
Ok.. enough rambling, lets get onto the fun stuff.
Ive been wanting to play with masking for a while now and I am thinking of showing "masking" as a mad minute at craft camp if they need volunteers.  So I got practicing!
Picture one is of my image masked and prior to colouring with copics.
I used a magnolia picket fence, kraftin kimmie red riding hood and finally.. my stampscape stamps.  My aim was to make it look like red riding hood was about to enter the forest.. I think it looks great, im slowly learning about perspective.  In terms of stamps, this is using a grass stamp and a few pine tree stamps and the cloud stamp which didnt work that well but it served its purpose (its in blue)
Here is the finished product.
Ive since coloured in a  little around her shoes, where it was obvious she was masked off.
In terms of what did i stamp first.
I stamped Red riding hood, then the fence, then grass, then tree's then clouds.  I have no clue if thats the right order but I think it worked!

I have gone on a little blog hop to find some challenges to enter.. its been a while since ive done that!
